OSV Preparation Assistance

Let SHS help you prepare for your next HRSA Operational Site Visit and maintain continuous compliance with FQHC requirements.

SHS will conduct a comprehensive assessment of compliance with FQHC requirements, to include meeting with the leadership team weekly for 10-12 weeks*. The purpose of these meetings is to systematically review all HRSA requirements and program expectations, ensure the leadership team is fully informed about these requirements/expectations, and identify any compliance gaps. This process serves the dual functions of educating the leadership team and identifying areas where compliance requires organizational attention.

We recommend health centers begin this process as soon as possible (6-9 months in advance is ideal) to allow adequate time to address identified compliance concerns.

*This timeframe can be condensed if meetings are conducted more frequently.
